What is your turnaround time?
Standard delivery: 2-5 business days depending on project complexity. Urgent service (24-48 hours) available for +50% extra charge.
What are your payment terms?
Projects under ₹1,000: 100% advance. Projects ₹1,000-₹5,000: 50% advance, 50% on delivery. Projects over ₹5,000: 30% advance, 40% after draft approval, 30% on final delivery.

Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges. Final quote includes all design work and standard delivery. Extra charges only for: Source files (+₹200), Urgent delivery (+50%), Additional revisions (+₹100 each).
